IBD - Romania is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler / Planner for a major pharmaceutical construction project in the Antwerp area, Belgium. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the project schedule, with emphasis on critical paths, progress visibility, and look-ahead planning.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in scheduling, strong Primavera P6 skills, CPM and EVM experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of planning/scheduling experience.
• Strong experience on pharmaceutical construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Solid CPM (Critical Path Method) expertise.
• Experience with look-ahead schedules and EVM.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Fluent English required; EU candidates welcome.
• Availability for ~60% site presence in Antwerp area.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate construction activities sequencing and dependencies.
• Track progress, identify critical path, and forecast delays.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and progress reports for management.
• Analyze schedule performance and support recovery planning.
