JD Ross Energy in Brussels seeks an experienced Project Planner for an EPCM project to develop a Level 3 schedule for two new industrial facilities, covering mechanical, civil, HVAC and electrical tie-ins.

You will work in the Brussels office on a 12-month freelance assignment, starting ASAP (latest 1st October). Prior experience on Petrochem/Oil & Gas or Datacenters is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Planner on EPC/EPCM projects.
• Experience on complex construction projects (Petrochem, Oil & Gas, Datacenters, Industrial Infrastructure).
• Experience creating a Level 3 Schedule is essential.

This is an EPCM project where you will be working for the main contractor. You will be responsible for creating a level 3 schedule for the renovation and construction of two new industrial manufacturing facilities (including mechanical, civil, HVAC and electrical tie ins).

START: ASAP (latest 1st October)

DURATION: 12 months (likely extensions)

LOCATION: Working in office, based in Brussels

CONTRACT: Freelance

The ideal candidate must have:

• - Proven experience as a Project Planner on EPC or EPCM projects.
• - Experience working on complex construction projects (Petrochem, Oil & Gas, Datacenters, Industrial Infrastructure , etc).
• - Experience creating a Level 3 Schedule is essential.
