Keystone Solutions zoekt een ervaren Security Project Manager voor een consultancy-opdracht bij een klant ter plaatse. De focus ligt op realisatie en opvolging van security-projecten binnen een breder securityprogramma, met naleving van NIS2 Essentials.

Verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer planning, geld/budget, kwaliteit en risicomanagement, evenals het leiden van de overgang naar operaties en het leveren van bewijsstukken voor compliance en audits.

Responsabilités

• Beheer van ICT-securityprojecten, inclusief planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico's.
• Toezicht op realisatie volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Leid de serviceovergang en ontwikkel operationele plannen, ondersteuning en processen.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The focus will be on the realization and follow‑up of security projects within a broader security program, aiming to ensure compliance with NIS2 Essentials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security initiatives: Ensure successful implementation of ICT security projects focusing on planning, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Oversee project realization, ensuring adherence to planning, budget, and quality standards, including detailed planning, regular progress reporting, and communication among stakeholders.
• Lead the service transition process, preparing operational plans, support, processes, and procedures for delivered security solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery, centralization, and quality control of required evidence and documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
• Organize change management processes and communication plans, supporting project development within the organization.
• Adopt a motivating, advisory, and facilitating role towards management and business units, collaborating closely with them.
• Manage people effectively, stimulating, coordinating, and motivating team members during project realization.

Technical Competencies:

• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, including requirements gathering, planning, and cost, time, and quality management, preferably supported by certification.
• Experience documenting infrastructure solutions developed by architects and analysts, executed by operational staff.
• Proven experience in security project management, actively leading projects in at least three IT security domains such as network security, endpoint security, IAM, and more.
• Certification in or demonstrable experience with PRINCE2 or other project management frameworks.
• Experience or certification in NIS2, ISO27001, NIST, or other security frameworks.
• Strong technological leadership skills with a focus on coaching and motivating project teams.
• Excellent communication skills, supported by visualization techniques.

• Strong organizational and coordinating skills, working pragmatically, structured, and results‑oriented.
• Ability to track technically complex security projects, monitor dependencies, and signal bottlenecks timely.
• Clear communication with stakeholders at various levels, supporting change through clear agreements and visual reporting.
• Motivating, advisory, and facilitating role towards management, teams, and project teams.
• Coordinate and motivate team members during project realization.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, with a good passive knowledge of the other language.

Selection Process:

In your CV, describe in a maximum of 20 lines the core components that you believe must be present in an enterprise security program. Briefly explain why these components are necessary and how they contribute to an integrated approach to risks, compliance, operational security, and organization‑wide follow‑up.

After receiving CVs, they will be analyzed, and a shortlist of 3‑5 candidates will be created based on the criteria defined in the contract. These candidates will then be invited for an interview to evaluate their technical and generic competencies, as well as their language skills. A ranking will be established afterward.
