Qualifications

Degree in CS/Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of CCTV and ANPR systems; TCP/IP, PoE, VPN helpful.
Experience with hardware/software configuration of cameras and servers.
Understanding of cybersecurity and GDPR for camera footage.
Experience with ticketing systems, reporting, and knowledge management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter with discretion and methodical approach.

Responsabilités

Manage the inventory of cameras.
Provide technical support for malfunctions and issues, including diagnosis and resolution.
Monitor and maintain cameras in collaboration with the supplier.
Guide and manage the onboarding and offboarding of cameras with various stakeholders (including local police zones).
Prepare reports and analyses of the performance and uptime of the camera fleet.
Follow up on SLAs regarding scope and escalate supplier performance issues as necessary (to Procurement).
Validate technical proposals from internal and external partners.
Support the invoicing process by validating technical delivery (in collaboration with Procurement).
Stay informed about new developments in camera technology and advise on improvements and investments.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Portal Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and operational coordination of the camera network and number plate recognition systems. You will leverage your strong technical background to ensure the reliability of the ANPR system while staying updated on the latest developments in camera technology.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the inventory of cameras.
Provide technical support for malfunctions and issues, including diagnosis and resolution.
Monitor and maintain cameras in collaboration with the supplier.
Guide and manage the onboarding and offboarding of cameras with various stakeholders (including local police zones).

Experience with hardware and software configuration of camera systems and servers is a plus.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and GDPR guidelines regarding camera footage is a plus.
Experience with ticketing systems, reporting, and knowledge management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to manage various stakeholders effectively.
