Job summary

EVS is seeking a Cyber Security Operations Manager to lead the IT Security team in Belgium. You will coordinate security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and remediation across IT, working with Infrastructure, Support and Applications while aligning with governance and compliance objectives.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, deployment of SIEM/EDR tooling, and ensuring secure configurations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cybersecurity experience in SOC, SecOps, or Blue Team.
• Ability to autonomously own and drive initiatives.
• Experience across infrastructure, networks, cloud, and endpoints.
• Exposure to leading or coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations and SOC activities.
• Coordinate incident response across IT teams and external partners.
• Lead vulnerability management and remediation tracking.
• Deploy and tune security tools; reduce false positives.
