GardPass Consulting & Space is seeking an experienced Service Management professional based in Belgium to lead and support Service Transition initiatives across multiple industries. The role requires ITIL and PRINCE2 certifications, with demonstrated ability to manage complex programmes and drive continual improvement.

You will advise on applying best practices in Service Management, support project governance, and ensure transition activities align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Service Management within a medium-large organisation.
• Extensive experience in Service Transition Management across multiple industries.
• Advising on applying Service Management and Service Improvement techniques.
• Ability to manage time and work under pressure during Transition and Assurance.
• Ability to evaluate risks and formulate corrective plans.

Responsabilités

• Provide portfolio, programme and project support.
• Administer project boards, assurance teams and quality reviews.
• Use portfolio, programme and project control solutions for planning and tracking.
• Set up project files and distribute reports.
• Advise on project management processes, tools and techniques for capability development.
• Identify improvement opportunities and plan capability enhancement activities.
• Develop knowledge of capability improvement approaches and apply them.
• Carry out maturity or performance assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Support transition planning and ensure timely execution of activities.
• Assist in creating the Agency's Service Transition strategy and policies.
