Work Life Group is seeking a Data Analyst to turn messy sources into clean reports using the Microsoft data stack. The role focuses on building SQL reports, ETL processes, data models, and dashboards to support decision makers across a multinational IT environment near Brussels.

You will work with SSRS/SSIS/SSAS, Power BI, and programming in C#, Python or R, ensuring data quality and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Competenze

• At least 3 years with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS and SSAS.
• Hands-on data warehouse design and ETL experience.
• Dashboard work in Power BI or a similar tool.
• Programming in C#, Python or R.
• Experience with BMC ITSM data and Remedy Smart Reporting.
• SharePoint administration experience.
• ITIL v3 or higher certificate.

Mansioni

• Gathering report requirements from users and turning them into specifications.
• Building and testing SQL reports in SSRS, Power BI and Excel.
• Designing ETL processes, data models and data warehouse structures.
• Checking the quality and integrity of data coming from several systems.
• Spotting patterns in the data and writing them up for senior decision makers.
• Helping users fix and improve the reports they already rely on.
