Spektrum supports apex purchasers and NATO/NCI Agency projects from its Belgium base, delivering COTS application support, AI-driven solutions, and security-focused operations. The role covers deploying and maintaining enterprise-grade services, working with identity providers, and ensuring reliable end-user support across Windows and Linux environments.
Ideal candidates will have strong IT/sysadmin background, NATO-related security awareness, and fluency in English with French as a bonus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
- Security clearance to NATO/National level is required.
- 3+ years of relevant IT support/maintenance experience in multinational environments is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills; French is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Deploy and manage server applications on Windows or Linux.
- Integrate applications with identity providers.
- Support client applications on end-user workstations.
- Gather and report KPIs and metrics.
- Monitor incident management and ticketing processes.
- Contribute to knowledge base and documentation.
- Configure EntraID groups and cloud components.
