Spektrum supports apex purchasers and their Tier 1 supplier ecosystem with specialist services in cybersecurity, IT, and defence. The NATO NCIA program focuses on high‑end cyber security, data handling, and reporting using PowerBI in a complex IT environment.

The contractor role involves day-to-day application operations, system updates, and governance reporting, with on-site work and potential limited remote work in a NATO context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience, or 5 years’ progressive experience in duties described.
• At least 3 years practical experience in cyber security or related field.
• Experience providing application administration and production support.
• Strong experience with Linux environments and production servers.

Responsabilités

• Operate and support the application on a day-to-day basis, including administration, troubleshooting and user support.
• Maintain and deploy the application, including updates, patches and configuration changes.
• Manage data and reporting, including data loading, transfers and PowerBI dashboards.
• Support the technical environment and components (RHEL, NGINX, JAVA, MS SQL).
• Manage the user community: provisioning, support and onboarding.
