EY is expanding its cybersecurity practice and seeks a security awareness consultant to design, develop and implement awareness programs for clients in the financial sector, building a strong human firewall.

You will create engaging content, run maturity assessments, measure effectiveness, organize events, and communicate complex concepts to executives. Fluency in Dutch or French and English is required; CISSP or similar certifications are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, IT, Business Management, or related major.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in security awareness, cyber culture management or cyber training.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, with proficient business English.
• Certifications such as CISSP, COMPTIA+, CISM, CRISC, SSAP, CSAP are preferred.
• Passion for the human factor in security and educating employees against digital threats.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and implement security awareness roadmaps and initiatives.
• Create engaging content (articles, posters, videos, modules) for diverse audiences.
• Conduct security awareness maturity assessments and identify vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and measure effectiveness using engagement and behavioral metrics.
• Organize security events and convey technical concepts to executives.
