Job summary

EMW, Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer (CIS Security Accreditation) to lead security accreditation for NATO CIS programs. The role works under the NDWC CIS Security Head and collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure full compliance and timely documentation.

You will perform risk assessments, draft SAP/SRA, SSRS/SecOPs/STVPs, and witness tests. Travel up to twice monthly to NATO HQ or Mons may be required; relocation to Brussels is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 3 years post-related experience.
• Security accreditation experience for CIS acquisition/development projects in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide security accreditation advice to projects during the life cycle of NATO CIS.
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments and derive residual risks with mitigation recommendations.
• Develop and manage accreditation documents (SAP, SRA, SRSt, SecOPs, STVP, STVR).
• Witness security testing and coordinate remediation plans with the SAA.
• Communicate with Security Accreditation Boards, NATO authorities, and internal units.
