Job summary

EMW seeks a Systems Engineer (CIS Security Accreditation) to lead accreditation activities for NATO CIS. You will provide guidance during the full life cycle, conduct risk assessments, and develop required accreditation documents.

The role requires close collaboration with NDWC CIS Security Head, contractors, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance, a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in security accreditation, and solid experience in CIS

Qualifications

• Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3+ years experience required.
• 3+ years in security accreditation of CIS projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide security accreditation advice and guidance to project teams during the life cycle of NATO CIS.
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments (SRA) and derive residual risks with mitigation recommendations.
• Identify and manage development of accreditation documents (SAP, SRA, SRSt, SecOPs, STVP, STVR).
• Draft template versions of SSRSs/SecOPs/STVPs/STVR and coordinate customer feedback.
• Witness security testing (STVP) and coordinate remediation with SAA.
• Maintain communications with Security Accreditation Boards and NATO authorities.
• Present final reports and act as focal point between NCI Agency and NATO SAAs.
• Provide inputs to project reports and briefings; stay updated on technical developments.
