Job summary

Spektrum seeks skilled IT professionals to support NATO NCIA initiatives, delivering robust IaaS operations across on‑premises, private, and public clouds. The role emphasizes Linux/Windows, virtualization, automation via Ansible, and security practices.

Ideal candidates will have enterprise experience with VMware, Red Hat Satellite, and Bash scripting, plus the ability to coordinate across technical teams and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with Linux/Windows enterprise environments.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud IaaS, and automation.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain security clearance.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours and respond to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee seamless operation and upkeep of IaaS services across on-premises, private clouds or public clouds.
• Perform system administration tasks for IaaS-related systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
• Follow change management processes and update CMDB/diagrams after changes.
• Provide advice and support to SAO/SDMs through the lifecycle of capabilities.
• Monitor SLAs and contribute to SOPs/SOIs for IaaS services.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management during project phases.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks related to NISC responsibilities.
• Be prepared for maintenance windows, on-call after hours, and travel.
