Job summary

Agsweltgermany in Brussels is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef for a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will prepare Maki, California rolls, Spring rolls, Salmon rolls, sashimi, and nigiri while filleting salmon, sea bream, and tuna and cooking rice by tradition.

You will uphold strict hygiene, apply AFSCA rules, ensure proper product conservation, and maintain clean work tools. Daily transportation assistance, eco-vouchers, and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a sushi chef.
• Ability to prepare Maki, California rolls, Spring Rolls, Salmon Rolls, Sashimi, and Nigiri.
• Ability to fillet salmon, sea bream, and tuna.
• Knowledge of traditional rice preparation.
• Respect for hygiene standards and AFSCA rules.
• Proper conservation of products and cleanliness of tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of Japanese-style dishes including maki, rolls and nigiri.
