DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Antwerp is seeking a Freight Forwarder Seafreight (Control Tower – Key Account) to drive international ocean freight operations for a strategic client. You will coordinate shipments from A to Z, acting as the central contact to ensure on-time delivery and top service levels.

Formación

• Experience in freight forwarding (Seafreight).
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Able to work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, customer-focused and solution-oriented.
• Eager to learn and grow within an international logistics environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage transport orders in the system and ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipments.
• Coordinate international sea freight shipments and align with internal teams, carriers, and customs brokers to meet customer expectations.
• Prepare and validate transport and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal guidelines.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve issues to safeguard delivery deadlines and service levels.
• Act as a key contact for customers, providing updates and building long-term relationships.
• Ensure data accuracy in systems such as WMS, TMS or SAP to support operational excellence.
• Continuously look for improvements in processes and customer service within the supply chain.
