DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Machelen is seeking a Freight Forwarder Export Air. You will organize shipments and coordinate the transport process from A to Z for air export shipments.

Qualifications

• First experience with Freight Forwarding (Air Freight).
• Good command of Dutch or French and English.
• Quick learner when it comes to new IT systems.

Responsabilités

• Organize shipments and coordinate the entire transport process for air export from A to Z.
• Manage daily customer service and maintain contact with clients regarding air export shipments.
• Create and manage shipments in your own TMS system.
• Provide instructions to the customs team for the preparation of customs documentation.
• Communicate daily within the DSV network for shipment pre-alerts and quotations.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and high-quality data management.
• Apply DSV compliance standards (security, embargo countries, carriers, and goods).
