DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Antwerp seeks a Freight Forwarder Seafreight (Control Tower - Key Account) to manage international ocean shipments from A to Z for a strategic client. You will coordinate with internal teams, carriers and brokers, ensuring on‑time deliveries and high service levels.

You will act as the main liaison for customers, maintain data accuracy in SAP/TMS/WMS, and seek continuous process improvements in a fast‑paced, global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding (Seafreight) and handling ocean shipments.
• Strong communication in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, carriers and brokers.
• Capable of preparing transport and customs documents accurately.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate international sea freight shipments from A to Z for key account customers.
• Manage transport orders and ensure timely, accurate processing in the system.
• Prepare and validate transport and customs documentation in line with regulations.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues to safeguard delivery deadlines.
• Act as a primary contact for customers, providing updates and building relationships.
• Ensure data accuracy in WMS, TMS and SAP to support operations.
