DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Antwerp seeks a Freight Forwarder Seafreight (Control Tower - Key Account) to manage international ocean shipments from A to Z for a strategic client. You will coordinate with internal teams, carriers and brokers, ensuring on‑time deliveries and high service levels.

You will act as the main liaison for customers, maintain data accuracy in SAP/TMS/WMS, and seek continuous process improvements in a fast‑paced, global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding (Seafreight) and handling ocean shipments.
• Strong communication in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, carriers and brokers.
• Capable of preparing transport and customs documents accurately.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and validate transport and customs documentation in line with regulations.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues to safeguard delivery deadlines.

Drive international sea freight operations and make a real impact on our key customers supply chain.

As a Forwarder Key Account, you coordinate international ocean freight shipments from A to Z for our strategic client. You are the central point of contact who ensures that every shipment runs smoothly, on time, and according to agreement. In this dynamic logistics environment, you work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers, while building strong relationships and delivering high service quality.

Tasks

• You manage transport orders in the system and ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipments;
• You coordinate international sea freight shipments and align with internal teams, carriers, and customs brokers to meet customer expectations;
• You prepare and validate transport and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal guidelines;
• You monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve issues to safeguard delivery deadlines and service levels;
• You act as a key contact for customers, providing updates and building long-term relationships;
• You ensure data accuracy in systems such as WMS, TMS or SAP to support operational excellence;
• You continuously look for improvements in processes and customer service within the supply chain.

You bring

• You have experience in freight forwarding (Seafreight);
• You communicate fluently in English, Dutch is a strong plus;
• You work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• You are proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented;
• You are eager to learn and grow within an international logistics environment.
