DSV Air & Sea SAU in Machelen is looking for a Freight Forwarder Export Air to organize shipments, manage the end-to-end transport process, and coordinate with clients from A to Z. You will work with our TMS, provide instructions to the customs team, ensure accurate invoicing and data quality, and communicate with the DSV network daily.

Dutch or French and English are required; first experience in air freight is a plus.

Qualifications

• First experience with Freight Forwarding (Air Freight).
• Good command of Dutch or French and English.
• Quick learner when it comes to new IT systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily customer service and maintain close contact with clients regarding air export shipments.
• Create and manage shipments in your own TMS system.
• Provide instructions to the customs team for the preparation of customs documentation.
• Communicate daily within the DSV network for shipment pre-alerts and quotations.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and high-quality data management.
• Apply DSV compliance standards (security, embargo countries, carriers, and goods).
