Editx in Brussels is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to elevate Agile delivery beyond ceremonies. You will operate in a large environment, own process improvements, challenge existing ways of working and bring real value through your expertise.

A key part of the role is budget follow-up and financial tracking, a responsibility often held by project management. You will coach squads and stakeholders to improve delivery speed and effectiveness across multiple teams.

SENIOR SCRUM MASTER - Masterize the subject - Brussels

This is not a classic Scrum Master position focused solely on ceremonies and Agile rituals.

You will take a senior, hands-on role within a large Agile environment, with responsibility for improving processes, challenging existing ways of working and bringing real added value through your expertise.

Being Senior means going beyond what is asked of you: taking ownership, identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and actively contributing to better ways of working.

A key part of the role will also be budget follow-up and financial tracking, a responsibility that typically sits with a Project Manager.

You will work closely with Squad Leads and stakeholders to improve team effectiveness and delivery performance.
