Capyx is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to bring structure without bureaucracy, challenge without friction, and keep a strong team focused on delivery within a large enterprise environment in Brussels with two days on site.

The role requires servant leadership, deep Agile/Scrum/DevOps knowledge, and certifications (PSM, CSM). Fluency in French and/or Dutch with good English is preferred.

• Identify, track and proactively resolve cross-squad and cross-tribe dependencies and impediments.

• Build relationships with squads, tribes and stakeholders across the organisation to promote Agile and DevOps mindset.

You should be people-oriented, technically curious, pragmatic, and confident enough to work with highly experienced professionals and senior stakeholders.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join a high-performing squad responsible for products within a large and complex organisation.

This is a key role requiring a highly experienced Scrum Master who can operate confidently with strong technical and functional profiles, multiple stakeholders, and significant dependencies across squads and tribes.

You will take over from a highly experienced Scrum Master who has supported the squad for more than five years, so the ability to quickly establish credibility, trust and leadership will be essential.

• Help manage a diverse group of strong personalities and highly experienced professionals.

Required Experience & Skills

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in large-scale and complex organisations.
• Proven experience working with high-performing and technically strong teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and DevOps principles and practices.
• Excellent supportive/servant leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong people and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Delivery-oriented, pragmatic and solution-focused.
• Sufficient technical understanding to grasp complex solutions, architecture, dependencies and delivery challenges.
• Excellent communication and public/stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment with multiple dependencies, squads and tribes.
• Comfortable operating in complex environments where priorities, stakeholders and dependencies require constant coordination.
• Scrum Master or Agile certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
• Language: French and/or Dutch with Good English
• Location: Brussels - 2 days onsite
• Start: ASAP
