OPTIMUS IT SERVICES is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide cross-functional teams and own delivery in a complex enterprise setting. You will coach teams and stakeholders, facilitate ceremonies, and protect the teams from distractions.

The ideal candidate has deep Scrum knowledge, Kanban experience, and strong communication skills, with fluency in English and at least one local language (French or Dutch).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies and Kanban.
• Experience in large, complex organizations with multiple dependencies.
• Fluent English and at least one local language (French or Dutch).
• Strong coaching, facilitation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Jira and Agile reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Act as Delivery Owner across multiple squads and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
• Remove impediments and protect teams from external distractions.
• Monitor team capacity, velocity, risks, and delivery progress.
• Support backlog management, Definition of Done, and Sprint execution.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the organization.
• Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communication in a complex environment.

Are you an experienced Scrum Master who combines strong Agile coaching capabilities with delivery ownership? We are looking for a seasoned professional to guide cross-functional teams, drive Agile excellence, and ensure successful delivery within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Delivery Owner across multiple squads and manage cross-team dependencies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge of Jira and Agile reporting tools
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, testing automation, CI/CD, and project delivery practices
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and organizational skills
• Fluent English and at least one local language (French or Dutch)
