Keystone Solutions in Belgium is seeking a Scrum Master - Expert to lead agile delivery on client sites. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will act as the delivery owner across multiple squads, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and guiding the team through the Scrum process.

You will coach the project team, remove impediments, manage risks, and report on agile deployment. Strong English and a local language are required; experience in large organizations and multi-cultural teams is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of agile reporting and Jira.
• Experience in large companies to manage dependencies.
• Ability to combine Agile coaching and delivery ownership.
• Strong Agile mindset.

Responsabilités

• Act as the delivery owner across multiple squads.
• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings.
• Schedule and follow the key steps of the Scrum methodology.
• Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Project Team face any obstacles.
• Provide assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog.
• Assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
• Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.
• Coach and challenge the Project Team.
• Help the Project Team face any difficulties and promote its gradual self-organization.
• Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions.
• Act as an ambassador of agile methods within the company.
• Provide reporting to superiors on the proper deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects.

Mission Overview

The client is seeking a Scrum Master - Expert for an Information Technology consultancy mission. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our company on-site at the client, delivering agile leadership and project guidance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the delivery owner across multiple squads.


• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings.

Language Requirements

Required Experience / Knowledge

At least 6 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience (Mandatory)

• Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira).


• Understanding of tooling for automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration.


• Sound knowledge of software development methodology.


• Sound knowledge of project management methodology.


• Ability to combine Agile coaching and delivery ownership.


• Experience in large companies to manage dependencies in complex organizations.


• Experience with multi-cultural teams.


• Strong Agile mindset.

Business Experience (Mandatory)

Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban). Experience in managing multiple dependencies in complex (banking) organizations.
