Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a consultant to be deployed at a client site to modernize a legacy Adobe ColdFusion application. The mission will run from 01/12/2026 to 31/12/2028, on a 2/5 part-time basis, focusing on migrating to a low-code platform using AI-assisted migration methods.

You will coordinate the project, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage stakeholders, monitor scope and risks, and report to the client, while guiding collaboration across business, IT and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Agile project methodology is required at expert level.
• Migration of applications, processes and data to new platforms is required.
• Prince 2 certification is required.
• Project Management IT experience is required.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a consultant for a mission at a client site to modernize an existing legacy application developed in Adobe ColdFusion. This application consists of over 150,000 lines of code and approximately 20 modules, supporting case management, data processing, and reporting. The goal is to transition this application to a future-proof low-code platform using modern techniques for application modernization.

• Monitor scope, planning, budget, quality, and risks.
• Reporting to the client.
• Guide collaboration between business, IT, and suppliers.

As a consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, valuing, and reusing existing source code, business logic, and application structures to enhance migration efficiency and quality. Candidates are required to submit a vision document of up to 4 A4 pages outlining their approach, utilizing innovative and automated migration methodologies that incorporate artificial intelligence, code analysis, and/or model-driven development, demonstrating a faster, qualitative, and verifiable migration of the existing application.
