Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Application Architect/Technical Lead for a client-site consultancy in Belgium. The role focuses on modernizing a large Adobe ColdFusion legacy into a low-code Mendix-based platform, with emphasis on value-driven migration and automated tooling.

The candidate will design architecture, review AI-generated components, set standards, perform code reviews, coach the team, and craft secure integration strategies.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a talented Application Architect/Technical Lead for a consultancy mission at a client site. The mission involves modernizing a legacy application developed in Adobe ColdFusion, consisting of over 150,000 lines of code and approximately 20 modules, to a future-proof low-code platform. This project will leverage modern techniques for application modernization, ensuring that existing source code, business logic, and application structures are thoroughly analyzed, valued, and reused to enhance migration efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing the technical architecture of the solution.
• Reviewing AI-generated Mendix components.
• Establishing development standards.
• Conducting code reviews.
• Providing technical coaching to the development team.
• Developing integration architecture and security design.

This consultancy mission will be executed in three phases, with each phase ordered separately. The deliverables from each phase will stand alone and can be utilized independently of the subsequent phases. Candidates must submit a vision note of up to 4 A4 pages detailing their approach to the project, incorporating innovative and automated migration methodologies that utilize artificial intelligence, code analysis, and/or model-driven development, demonstrating a faster, qualitative, and verifiable migration of the existing application.

Candidates must possess knowledge of and access to the proposed solutions in the vision note. All required certificates and documents must be attached to the CVs for validation purposes.
