You will also modernize a legacy Windows client while steering a new web-based solution with proper testing and version control. The role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and hands-on experience with .NET, APIs, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

• Proven leadership, capable of uniting diverse stakeholders and building a strong network.
• Fluency in English and one national language; active knowledge of the other is a plus.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join our consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will oversee technical teams, coordinate stakeholders, and manage projects using the agile Scrum methodology. Your responsibilities will include planning, prioritizing tasks, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and reporting progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the maintenance of a Legacy application (Windows client) and propose technical suggestions to stabilize its functionality.
• Ensure compatibility of the Legacy application with upcoming Windows versions and maintain its stability during execution.
• Oversee the implementation of a new web-based solution, ensuring backend and frontend development, unit and integration testing, and proper version control of source code.
• Manage DevOps aspects and establish deployment pipelines for applications, services, and infrastructure (IaC).
• Adjust project priorities to meet deadlines while providing regular updates on project status as defined by the steering committee.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (minimum) or a Master's degree (ideally), with several years of experience in software development, including technical roles.
• Proven leadership skills, capable of uniting diverse stakeholders (technical, management, and clients) and building a strong network.
• Ability to adapt management style based on team members' characteristics and profiles.
• Experience in agile project management, particularly Scrum, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Strong knowledge of .NET (C#) applied to microservices implementation, with familiarity in REST or gRPC APIs and event-driven approaches.
• Experience in CI/CD and deployment pipeline setup with GitLab, along with proficiency in GIT.
• Fluency in English and one of the two national languages, with active knowledge of one and passive knowledge of the other being a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of the Police environment, particularly the Federal Judicial Police, is a valuable asset.

• Expertise in cybersecurity and implementing secure solutions from the design phase.
• Good skills in UML and BPMN modeling.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus.
