Job summary

Smile Brussels is seeking a Scrum Master to maximize team efficiency and ensure smooth delivery of open-source projects. Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master empowering technical teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (PSM I/II or CSM).
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Kanban or SAFe a plus).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support the development team and the Product Owner in fully understanding and applying Scrum and Agile principles.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) with dynamism and efficiency.
• Identify and actively remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and productivity.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging best practices, team autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track team performance using relevant Agile metrics and ensure total transparency with all stakeholders.
• Foster a positive, caring, and communicative environment to maximize team cohesion, motivation, and well-being.
