Job summary

TEKsystems in Brussels, Belgium, is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach the Scrum team, and help the squad continuously improve performance, mindset and collaboration. You will support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization while ensuring transparent reporting to the Team Leader.

In a SAFe environment, you will coordinate dependencies, organize sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives, and foster autonomous, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams.
• Strong communication, problem solving and stakeholder management.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement within agile teams.

You are in charge of Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, Coaching the Scrum team to apply the correct process, Supporting the Scrum team to continuously improve their performance, mindset & collaboration, Helping the Scrum team to resolve impediments and become autonomous & develop individual leadership , Coordination of dependencies, Facilitating the Scrum team availability / planning and Reporting progress on above mentioned tasks to Team Leader.
