ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for a Scrum Master for a client in the banking sector. The role sits within the Agile, Tools and Process team, supporting agile transformation and coaching 2–3 squads to increase autonomy.

You will guide clusters through ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement with Product Owners and stakeholders while adapting processes to banking context. French, Dutch and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a transformation context.
• Experience coaching agile teams and improving processes in a complex corporate environment.
• Experience in Marketing & Communications and agile transformation outside IT.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for his client a Scrum Master for one of its client in the banking sector.

Mission context :

The Agile, Tools and Process team is supporting the agile transformation of the Marketing & Communications department. The Scrum Master will work at cluster level and support 2 to 3 squads, helping them improve their ways of working and become more autonomous.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the cluster and squads through their agile transformation as a servant leader.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies at both squad and cluster level.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a transformation context.
• Experience coaching agile teams and improving processes in a complex corporate environment.
• Experience in Marketing & Communications and agile transformation outside IT.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Languages and working arrangements

• Professional proficiency in French, Dutch and English.
• 50% on site and 50% remote, depending on team presence.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, Wrike or similar backlog tools is a plus.
