Job summary

In4Matic seeks an experienced SAP Training Coordinator to own the coordination and delivery of training for a major SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will be the central contact among business stakeholders, change management, PMO, learning teams, IT, and infrastructure, ensuring readiness for go‑live and alignment with milestones.

You will blend strategic training planning with hands‑on coordination, content governance, logistics, and readiness reporting, extending into hypercare and knowledge

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience in training coordination, learning management or training delivery management within SAP environments.
• Experience as Training Coordinator in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration or transformation program.
• Strong practical experience with SAP Enable Now; experience with SAP Companion and other e‑learning solutions is an advantage.
• Solid experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience coordinating SAP training programs for large user populations, preferably 500+ end users.
• Experience with large‑scale ERP transformation programs involving 1,000+ users is a strong advantage.
• Experience coordinating Train‑the‑Trainer programs, Key User networks and end‑user readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of change management, training readiness reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint in a project or training coordination environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English.

• Define and monitor training KPIs and report progress and readiness to program management.
• Develop and maintain an integrated training plan aligned with project milestones and go‑live activities.
• Coordinate the development, review and governance of training materials, e‑learning content and SAP Enable Now content.
• Ensure training documentation meets relevant quality and governance standards.
• Coordinate Train-the-Trainer sessions, Key User activities and end‑user training.
• Monitor attendance, completion rates, certifications and participant feedback.
• Coordinate training logistics, including venues, virtual environments, equipment, schedules, trainers and participant communications.
• Work with IT infrastructure teams to ensure training environments, SAP systems, user access and technical configurations are ready and tested.
• Track training deliverables and actions using project management tools.
• Identify and coordinate additional training requirements during hypercare and after go‑live.
• Analyze training‑related incidents and support requests and translate recurring issues into additional learning needs.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer towards the relevant SAP support or competence teams.
• Act as the central contact for training‑related matters and communicate progress, risks and readiness across the program.

Function

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Training Coordinator to join our client’s transformation program and take ownership of the coordination and delivery of training activities supporting a major SAP S/4HANA implementation. You’ll act as the central point of contact between business stakeholders, key users, change management, PMO, learning teams, IT and infrastructure teams, ensuring that users are properly prepared for the transition and that training activities are aligned with project milestones and go‑live planning.

You’ll combine strategic training planning with hands‑on coordination, content governance, logistics, stakeholder communication and readiness reporting. The role also extends into hypercare and knowledge transfer, ensuring that training needs continue to be addressed after go‑live.

Profile

You have extensive experience coordinating training activities within SAP environments and have successfully supported large‑scale SAP transformation programs. You are comfortable working across business, IT and change management functions and can manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies and deliverables in a structured way.

Key experience includes:

• At least 10 years of professional experience in training coordination, learning management or training delivery management within SAP environments.

• Experience as Training Coordinator in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration or transformation program.

• Strong practical experience with SAP Enable Now; experience with SAP Companion and other e‑learning solutions is an advantage.

Working Environment

You are highly organized, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of complex training programs. You communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders and are able to turn project requirements into practical training plans and measurable readiness activities.

The assignment is delivered in close collaboration with business process teams, SAP functional teams, change management, learning and development, IT and infrastructure stakeholders. The role requires a strong on‑site presence, with attendance at the client’s offices potentially required up to five days per week depending on project needs and training activities.
