Job summary

Expertum invites you to join as a SuccessFactors Consultant, playing a central role in both project delivery and presales activities. You collaborate with customers to implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions, while supporting new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities include driving end-to-end implementations, leading workshops, and taking ownership of projects with large, international clients, acting as a trusted advisor and bridging HR and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience with end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
• Hands-on experience in modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Time, Onboarding, Learning, Performance or Compensation.
• Strong workshop facilitation and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.

The Job

As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you play a central role in both project delivery and presales activities. You work closely with customers to implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions, while also supporting new opportunities.

Your Profile

Must-haves

• 3–5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors


• Proven experience with end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations


• Hands‑on experience in one or more modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Time, Onboarding, Learning, Performance or Compensation


• Strong workshop facilitation and client-facing skills


• Fluency in English and Dutch or French

• Experience with large-scale or international SAP projects


• Previous involvement in presales activities such as demos or solution presentations


• SuccessFactors certifications
