Job summary

CNT Management Consulting AG is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO consultant to join our team in Belgium. You will work on SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, focusing on FI/CO modules and SAP Cloud solutions, with responsibility for delivering customer-focused outcomes.

You will lead workshops, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure high-quality SAP customization and enhancements while maintaining strong client relationships and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO modules (S/4HANA focus) with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• Independent, client-focused and solution-oriented consulting mindset.
• Proven project delivery experience in SAP implementations or transformations.

Responsibilities

• Consult SAP FI/CO projects focusing on S/4HANA transformations and SAP Cloud solutions.
• Lead customer workshops and presentations, mentoring junior consultants.
• Perform SAP standard customizing and develop customer-specific enhancements.
• Oversee technical project activities and ensure alignment with client requirements.

What your tasks are:

• Consulting customers within SAP Financials (FI/CO) projects with a focus on S/4HANA
• Technical implementation of our customer requirements in SAP standard customizing
• Support in the development of customer-specific enhancements
• Technical project responsibility in consulting and meetings
• Execution of implementation, optimization and release change projects
• Leading customer workshops and presentations
• Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants
• Continuous further training of hard and soft skills

What experience you should have:

• Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent know-how in the SAP modules FI and CO with more than 5 years of experience
• Several years of experience in project work
• Distinct consulting expertise
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation
• Fluent in English and Dutch
