CNT Management Consulting AG is seeking a SAP Senior Delivery Director to lead national and international SAP ERP Cloud and S/4HANA projects. The role offers a hybrid work model from Hasselt and Brussels, Belgium, with a strong emphasis on client advisory, sales support, and delivering value.

The ideal candidate has extensive SAP project management experience, deep SAP expertise, and a broad network in the SAP ecosystem; fluency in Dutch and English is expected, with German or French as a plus.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in IT/CS with additional specialization in related fields.
• Bachelor of Engineering IT/CS degree.
• Deep SAP expertise with S/4HANA and SAP ERP Cloud (Private).
• Strong integration architecture knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Management, planning, and coordination of national and international SAP projects/programs with a focus on SAP ERP Cloud (Private).
• Advising clients during the proposal process and in projects, shaping the sales cycle content and aligning with stakeholders.
• Presenting and negotiating offers and leading pre-sales activities.
• Ensuring project success in terms of customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality.
• Lead sales cycles end to end: discovery, demos, proposals with the MD, and closing opportunities.
• Acting as interface between business and IT in implementations, ensuring smooth integration.
• Mentoring consultants and contributing to competence teams.
• Familiarity with SAP business suite and S/4HANA; credible with customers and SAP.
• Collaborate with delivery and competence teams to win in the sales cycle.

These are your tasks

• Management, planning, and coordination of national and international SAP projects/programs with a focus on SAP ERP Cloud (Private)


• Advising clients during the proposal process and in projects, shaping the sales cycle content, and aligning with stakeholders


• Presenting and negotiating offers, as well as taking responsibility for pre‑sales activities


• Ensuring project success in terms of customer satisfaction, on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and quality


• Lead sales cycles end to end: running discovery, coordinating and delivering demos, shaping proposals together with the Managing Director and bringing opportunities to close


• Acting as the interface between business and IT in implementation projects, ensuring smooth integration processes


• Mentoring our young professionals and taking professional responsibility for consultants


• Contributing to competence teams and continuously developing hard and soft skills


• Familiarity with the SAP business suite and S/4HANA, and enough functional depth to hold credible conversations with customers and SAP alike


• Collaborate closely with our delivery and competence teams, drawing on their expertise to win in the sales cycle

You should bring this with you:

• Master of Science, Bachelor Engineering IT/Computer Science with master's in supply chain management, logistics, finance, AI, biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering


• Several years of experience managing SAP projects/programs, particularly with S/4HANA and SAP ERP Cloud (Private)


• Broad SAP expertise and deep understanding of integration processes and system landscapes


• Familiarity with the SAP business suite and S/4HANA, and enough functional depth to hold credible conversations with customers and SAP alike


• An established, trusted network within the SAP ecosystem, ideally built through experience at SAP or an SAP partner


• Independent, customer‑and solution‑oriented work style with a high level of personal responsibility


• A genuine team player who relies on and contributes to the team.


• High flexibility and willingness to travel


• Fluency in Dutch and English; German or French is a plus
