CNT Management Consulting is seeking a seasoned SAP project manager to lead national and international SAP projects, focusing on S/4HANA transformations and cloud solutions. You will drive project performance, customer satisfaction and profitability across teams in Europe and the USA.

The role requires deep SAP know‑how, experience with SAP Activate and other PM methods, and willingness to travel internationally. An attractive base salary plus bonuses and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in managing SAP projects including S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate and integration processes.
• Experience with PMI/IPMA/Prince2 and openness to agile methods.

Responsabilités

• Create scheduling and budget plans; manage project costing.

These your tasks are:

• Management, planning and control of our national and international SAP projects/programs
• Responsibility for project success in terms of customer satisfaction and profitability
• Scheduling and budget plans, as well as project costing
• Quality assurance of the project teams' performance and monitoring capacity utilization
• Collaboration in our competence teams
• Responsibility for pre-sales activities
• Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants
• Continuous further training of hard and soft skills

What experience you should have:

• Several years of experience in managing SAP projects and experience with S/4HANA.
• Comprehensive understanding of integration processes and a good overview of the SAP system landscape
• Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
• Knowledge of the SAP Activate method
• Experience in other project management methods (e.g. PMI, IPMA or Prince2) and interest in agile process models (e.g. SCRUM)
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation
• Negotiation skills in Dutch and English (French as a plus)
