Accenture Belgium is seeking a SAP Procurement Senior Manager to lead S/4HANA-based sourcing and procurement transformations across industries. You will deliver efficient solutions, collaborate with strategists and tech experts, and drive innovation while managing complex programs.

Ideal candidate has 8-10 years of SAP S/4HANA Procurement experience (MM, Ariba, Fieldglass) and a proven track record of full-cycle implementations, fluent in English and Dutch or French, and willing to travel

What you'll do

As a Senior Manager in our SAP Technology practice, you will:

• Lead S/4HANA‑based sourcing and procurement transformations for clients across industries.

What we're looking for

Education

• Master's degree from a leading university or business school.

Experience

• 8-10 years of hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA Procurement (MM, Ariba, Fieldglass).
• Led at least two full‑cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven delivery of SAP ECC or S/4HANA projects.

Skills

• Strong command of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory and vendor management, subcontracting, and material valuation.
• Integration knowledge with FI, SD, PP, WM, QM.
• SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement certification is a strong plus.
• Deep industry knowledge in sectors such as energy, public services, retail, manufacturing, etc.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Leadership

• Strong stakeholder engagement and business relationship management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, self‑starting attitude.
