EPI-USE Benelux is seeking a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive HR transformation projects for diverse clients. You will implement and configure SuccessFactors modules, advise on best practices, support integrations, and deliver training and documentation for key users.

Based in BeNeLux with the Antwerp office, this hybrid role requires strong communication and analytical skills, and fluency in Dutch or French and English.

• Proven experience implementing multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, including at least one Talent module.
• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are essential.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.
