Capgemini seeks an SAP Presales Solution Architect to drive presales, lead generation and delivery across Belgium and the European Cluster. You will shape and deliver SAP solutions addressing complex business challenges, with a focus on S/4HANA bids and client engagement at VP level.

The role requires 15+ years in SAP, 3–5 years in S/4HANA and presales, with flexibility to travel across Europe and operate in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience including S/4HANA and presales activities.
• Experience leading S/4HANA bids and solutioning activities.
• Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders, including VP-level executives.

Responsabilités

• Analyse RFP content for S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield projects and tailor solutions.
• Lead detailed S/4HANA bid solutioning: scoping, planning, operating model design, effort estimation, and budgeting.
• Engage with client VP-level stakeholders to qualify requirements and demonstrate value.
• Support bid qualification and prequalification activities leveraging Capgemini's SAP portfolio.
• Lead S/4HANA projects as Global SAP Solution Architect and/or Engagement Manager; conduct S/4HANA assessment studies.

Your Role

As an SAP Presales Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving presales, lead generation and delivery across Belgium and the broader European Cluster Market. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will shape and deliver compelling SAP solutions that address complex business challenges.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Analysing and understanding RFP content around S/4HANA Greenfield implementations, Brownfield conversions, and deployment programs, ensuring solutions are tailored to client needs
• Leading the detailed solutioning of S/4HANA bids, including scoping, planning, operating model design, work effort estimation, and budget definition
• Engaging with client VP-level stakeholders throughout the presales process to qualify requirements, challenge assumptions, and demonstrate value through experience
• Supporting the SAP bid qualification process and contributing to prequalification activities ahead of RFIs and RFPs, leveraging a thorough understanding of Capgemini's full SAP offer portfolio
• Taking leadership positions on S/4HANA projects as a Global SAP Solution Architect and/or Engagement Manager, and conducting S/4HANA assessment studies to support roadmap definition

Your Profile

• You bring a minimum of 15 years' experience in SAP, with a career progression from consultant through to Solution Architect and Engagement Manager, combined with 3 to 5 years' experience in S/4HANA and SAP presales activity
• You have solid experience in Public Sector and distributed delivery models, with transversal knowledge across SAP solutions and functional areas
• You communicate with confidence in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is considered a strong asset
• You are flexible and willing to travel across the European Cluster, and you thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where no two deals are the same
