Keystone Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP P2P Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience with SAP Activate or similar methodologies, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across procurement and finance functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for ERP or SAP projects.
• Experience with SAP Activate or similar implementation methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Mobilising and leading the project team.
• Drawing up and maintaining the project plan.
• Coordinating all project activities and resources.
• Monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Acting as the central point of contact between the client and the supplier.
• Organising and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and steering groups.
• Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Monitoring project dependencies and escalations.
• Ensuring timely decisions, approvals, and deliverables.
• Reporting on progress, budget utilisation, and remaining work.
• Coordinating the transition to go-live, hypercare, and operational support.
• Ensuring knowledge transfer and project closure.
