You will perform functional analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation for SAP P2P implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SAP ECC configuration, and the ability to translate complex processes into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as an SAP Consultant.
• Experience with SAP Activate projects.
• Experience in regulated or complex environments is an asset.

• Preparing and facilitating Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Analyzing and documenting business requirements.

Mission Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to join our team at Keystone Solutions. This consultancy mission will take place at a client site, where you will be responsible for the functional analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and supervision of the implementation of SAP P2P optimisations. As a consultant, you will act as a subject matter expert, translating business requirements into a forward-looking SAP solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and facilitating Fit-to-Standard workshops.


• Analysing and documenting business requirements.


• Translating business needs into a functional design.


• Developing the functional design and configuration of SAP.


• Advising on SAP best practices and lessons learnt from similar projects.


• Drafting and maintaining functional documentation.


• Carrying out and documenting unit testing.


• Supporting key users during system and acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Procure-to-Pay processes.

• Experience with process optimisation and change management projects.


• Strong communication and facilitation skills.


• Ability to translate complex processes into practical solutions.


• Knowledge of testing methodologies and documentation standards.

Desired Level of Experience

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as an SAP Consultant.


• Demonstrable experience with SAP Activate projects.


• Experience in a regulated or complex organisational environment is an asset.
