Keystone Solutions seeks an experienced SAP Consultant to join our team for a client-site engagement focused on SAP P2P optimisations. You will analyze requirements, translate them into functional designs, configure SAP, and guide testing and knowledge transfer on site.

The role requires strong SAP P2P/ECC knowledge, fit-to-standard experience, process optimisation, and excellent communication. 5+ years of SAP consulting experience is preferred; duration is 5 months part-time (1/5).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Procure-to-Pay and ECC.
• Experience with Fit-to-Standard and process optimisation.
• Experience with SAP Activate projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical SAP solutions.
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies.
• Experience in regulated or complex environments is a plus.

Mission Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to join our team at Keystone Solutions. This consultancy mission will take place at a client site, where you will be responsible for the functional analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and supervision of the implementation of SAP P2P optimisations. As a consultant, you will act as a subject matter expert, translating business requirements into a forward-looking SAP solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and facilitating Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Translating business needs into a functional design.
• Developing the functional design and configuration of SAP.
• Advising on SAP best practices and lessons learnt from similar projects.
• Drafting and maintaining functional documentation.
• Carrying out and documenting unit testing.
• Supporting key users during system and acceptance testing.
• Preparing and delivering demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Advising on reporting options and data structures.
