Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to join at a client site, leading the functional analysis, configuration, testing and supervision of SAP P2P optimisation implementations.

You will translate business requirements into robust SAP solutions, drive Fit-to-Standard workshops, and provide knowledge transfer while advising on best practices and data structures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP consultant, with P2P focus.
• Experience in Fit-to-Standard approaches and SAP Activate projects.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Analyse and document business requirements.
• Translate needs into functional designs and SAP configurations.
• Develop functional design and configure SAP modules.
• Advise on SAP best practices and lessons learned.

Mission Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to join our team at Keystone Solutions. This consultancy mission will take place at a client site, where you will be responsible for the functional analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and supervision of the implementation of SAP P2P optimisations. As a consultant, you will act as a subject matter expert, translating business requirements into a forward-looking SAP solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and facilitating Fit-to-Standard workshops.


• Analysing and documenting business requirements.


• Translating business needs into a functional design.


• Developing the functional design and configuration of SAP.


• Advising on SAP best practices and lessons learnt from similar projects.


• Drafting and maintaining functional documentation.


• Carrying out and documenting unit testing.


• Supporting key users during system and acceptance testing.


• Preparing and delivering demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions.


• Advising on reporting options and data structures.


• Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimisation within the project.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Procure-to-Pay processes.


• Knowledge of SAP ECC configuration and standard functionalities.


• Strong analytical skills.


• Experience with ‘Fit-to-Standard’ methodologies.


• Experience with process optimisation and change management projects.


• Strong communication and facilitation skills.


• Ability to translate complex processes into practical solutions.


• Knowledge of testing methodologies and documentation standards.

Desired Level of Experience

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as an SAP Consultant.


• Demonstrable experience with SAP Activate projects.


• Experience in a regulated or complex organisational environment is an asset.
