Keystone Solutions is seeking an SAP P2P Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site in Brussels. You will oversee overall management, planning, monitoring, and coordination to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

This role acts as the primary contact between client and contractor. Requirements include 5+ years in ERP/SAP project management, experience with SAP ECC, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for ERP or SAP projects.
• Experience with SAP ECC implementations or optimisation programmes.
• Proven governance and risk management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Mobilising and leading the project team.
• Drawing up and maintaining the project plan.
• Coordinating all project activities and resources.
• Monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Acting as the central point of contact between client and supplier.
• Organising project meetings, workshops, and steering groups.
• Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Monitoring dependencies and escalations.
• Ensuring timely decisions, approvals and deliverables.
• Reporting on progress, budget utilisation and remaining work.
• Coordinating transition to go-live, hypercare, and operational support.
• Ensuring knowledge transfer and project closure.
