Job summary

Enzo Tech Group Ltd in Belgium is seeking an experienced SAP HR/HCM Payroll Consultant to support a large Belgian payroll and HR landscape for ~10,000 employees. The role is Brussels-based with hybrid working.

You will bring strong SAP HR/HCM hands-on expertise, particularly in Belgian Payroll, payroll configuration, wage types, schemas and PCRs, plus PA and PT, and payroll troubleshooting. Involvement in ongoing projects and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP HR / HCM experience, with Belgian Payroll focus.
• Experience in payroll configuration, development and support.
• Knowledge of wage types, payroll schemas and PCRs.
• Experience with Personnel Administration (PA) and Time Management (PT).
• Payroll troubleshooting, enhancements and change requests.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance an established SAP HR and Belgian Payroll environment.
• Contribute to ongoing projects, system improvements and integrations.
• Provide guidance across functional, technical or hybrid SAP HR backgrounds.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to optimise payroll processes.

I'm looking for an experienced SAP HR / HCM Payroll Consultant to join a major organisation in Belgium, supporting a complex SAP HR landscape of approximately 10,000 employees.

Brussels – Hybrid working

• Strong SAP HR / HCM experience, particularly Belgian Payroll
• SAP Payroll configuration, development and support
• Wage types, payroll schemas and PCRs
• Personnel Administration (PA) and Time Management (PT)
• Payroll troubleshooting, enhancements and change requests

The role involves supporting and enhancing an established SAP HR and Belgian Payroll environment, with opportunities to contribute to ongoing projects, system improvements and integrations.

I'm interested in speaking with consultants from functional, technical or hybrid SAP HR backgrounds, particularly those with strong Belgian Payroll expertise. Experience across all the areas listed above is not essential.
