Talencia seeks a SAP FICO Functional Analyst for a well-established client in the Brussels area. You will join the internal team and actively manage and evolve the SAP landscape.

You will act as a functional reference for SAP FICO, provide day-to-day support, translate business needs into SAP solutions, and collaborate with developers to implement new functionalities. Qualifications

• Act as SAP FICO subject matter expert and primary functional reference.
• Experience translating business needs into SAP solutions and specs.
• Knowledge of SAP landscape integration with external systems.

Responsabilités

• Act as a functional reference for SAP, with a strong focus on FICO.
• Provide day-to-day functional support and analyse incidents and business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions and specifications.
• Understand end-to-end processes including purchasing, order flows, warehouse operations and Finance.
• Analyse interactions between SAP and external applications, interfaces and third-party systems.
• Work closely with developers and technical teams, understanding technical specifications and code without being a developer yourself.
• Participate in functional analysis, testing and implementation of new solutions.
• Gradually take ownership of existing knowledge through close collaboration and knowledge transfer from experienced SAP professionals.
