Capgemini is seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Support Team Lead to oversee SAP Finance & Controlling solutions. You will guide a team of support consultants, manage SLAs, and collaborate with Finance and IT to drive improvements and S/4HANA transformations.

Fluent Dutch and English are required. 5+ years of SAP FICO experience, strong stakeholder skills, and ITIL knowledge are preferred. This hybrid role offers diverse project exposure and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP FICO functional support.
• Strong understanding of financial processes in complex environments.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating support teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; SAP FI/CO certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for SAP FI/CO incidents, problems, and requests.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP FI/CO modules for reliability and performance.
• Lead and coordinate SAP support consultants, manage workload and escalations.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external partners on upgrades and ERP transformations.
