AGAD Technology in Brussels is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst SAP FICA to join a long-term ERP team. You will support business departments by optimizing processes, ensuring SAP solution evolution and maintainability, and delivering high-quality configuration.

The role requires comprehensive SAP FICA experience, S/4HANA exposure, ABAP debugging know-how, and fluency in French or Dutch with the other language.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICA experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Proven SAP configuration experience, including S/4HANA.
• ABAP debugging knowledge.
• Experience with SAP IS-U (asset).
• Energy sector or asset domain experience.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with knowledge of the other national language.

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst SAP FICA for a long-term assignment in Brussels.

The role is part of an ERP team supporting business departments by optimizing processes, improving user experience, and ensuring the evolution and maintainability of SAP solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze functional requests and estimate workload and costs

• Evaluate different solution approaches and assess impacts on existing systems

• Ensure service continuity and maintainability of solutions

• Configure and adapt SAP solutions based on functional specifications

• Update functional and technical documentation

• Define test plans, coordinate testing activities, ensure quality and support deployments

• Follow up and resolve incidents and problems

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP FICA as a Functional Analyst

• Proven experience with SAP configuration

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA

• Knowledge of ABAP debugging

• Experience with SAP IS-U (asset)

• Experience in the energy sector or with a DGO (asset)

• Knowledge of modelling tools (asset)

• Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other national language

The working mode is 3 days/week onsite.
