In Brussels, SABCA’s Structural and Mechatronics Engineering offices are leading the design, manufacturing, maintenance, and upgrade of aircraft and space launchers.
Mission
The SAP Business Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation, optimisation, and support of SAP solutions across the organisation. The role leads key users in SAP request follow‑up, works with the SAP project manager, manages user access and training, and acts as a key user for at least one SAP module.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key business and technical users to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Monitor and follow‑up all business requests jointly with key users, reviewing and supporting them.
- Oversee access requests, establishing a framework for managing roles and access.
- Lead improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Organise a shared platform and engage key users to provide training materials for end‑users.
- Coordinate major changes and test phases, ensuring end‑users perform SAP quality environment testing before production.
- Act as a key user for at least one SAP module (e.g., FI/CO, MM, PP, eWM, QM, PM).
- Apply knowledge of SAP concepts such as Transport Management, S/4HANA data model, Business Technology Platform, SAP analytics (CDS views, SAC), and SAP Cloud Integration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Several years of SAP implementation and support experience.
- Proven leadership in SAP projects and teams.
- Proficiency with SAP modules (PP, (E)WM, MM, SD, QM, etc.).
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Experience with EN9100 quality standards and ISO 14001 environmental standard.
