• Analyze functional requirements and translate into BRIM technical solutions.
• Design developments around CI, SOM, FI-CA within Clean Core principles.
• Define architecture for interfaces, APIs, BAdI, extensions, and batch processes.
• Describe data models and integration flows and assess impacts across BRIM components.
• Support development teams during implementation, code reviews, unit testing, and integration.
• Ensure technical quality through specification and code reviews per SAP standards.

Mission Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP BRIM Developer for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) components, including:

• SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)


• SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)


• SAP FI-CA


• SAP SOM API Framework


• SAP S/4HANA BRIM

The consultant will be responsible for developing ABAP OO in a BRIM context and ensuring real-time integrations with both SAP and non-SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model, the consultant will:

• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions tailored to the SAP BRIM architecture.


• Design developments around SAP SOM, Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA components, adhering to Clean Core principles and SAP best practices.


• Write detailed, complete, and structured technical specifications that enable experienced ABAP developers to implement solutions autonomously.


• Define the architecture for interfaces, APIs, BAdI, extensions, and batch processes.


• Describe data models, integration flows, processing sequences, technical business rules, and impacts on various BRIM components.


• Support development teams during implementation phases, code reviews, unit testing, and integration.


• Ensure the technical quality of developments by conducting specification reviews, code reviews, and ensuring compliance with SAP development standards.

Deliverables:

The consultant will be capable of producing the following deliverables:

• Detailed technical specifications (Technical Design Document - TDD)


• Technical architecture files


• API design documents (REST, SOAP, OData)


• Interface mapping and integration flow specifications


• Specifications for ABAP OO, RAP, and CDS Views developments


• Documentation for BAdI, User Exits, Enhancement Spots, and FI-CA events


• Technical testing strategy and validation scenarios


• Operational and maintenance documentation

This role emphasizes a profile of Technical Lead / Solution Designer BRIM, capable not only of development but also of designing technical architecture and producing quality specifications that enable a team of experienced ABAP developers to implement solutions reliably and consistently.
