Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking an SAP Analytics Senior Manager to lead strategy, design and delivery of SAP analytics solutions for clients. This senior, client-facing role combines SAP Analytics expertise with advisory, stakeholder management and business development.

You will shape architectures, guide end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and identify new opportunities. Travel internationally as needed; fluency in English and Dutch or French preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 9 years of professional experience in SAP Analytics or related SAP data and reporting projects.

SAP Analytics Senior Manager

As an SAP Analytics Senior Manager, you will lead clients through the strategy, design and delivery of SAP analytics solutions. This is a senior client-facing and commercial role. It combines SAP Analytics expertise, strategic advisory, senior stakeholder management, project leadership and business development. You will be expected to understand SAP analytics technology in sufficient depth to shape and challenge solutions, while also helping clients define their analytics strategy, overseeing successful delivery and developing new business opportunities. Your work may involve SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and related SAP and non-SAP data technologies. You are not expected to be a hands-on expert in every technology listed. We are looking for broad SAP Analytics experience combined with strong expertise in one or more key areas.

You will:

• Advise senior client stakeholders on their SAP analytics, reporting and data strategy.
• Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into an analytics roadmap and solution approach.
• Help clients determine which SAP analytics technologies and architecture best meet their requirements.
• Advise clients on analytics architecture, reporting, data modelling, governance and implementation best practices.
• Translate complex technical and business challenges into clear recommendations that senior decision-makers can understand.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and influence strategic technology and business decisions.

SAP Analytics solution leadership

• Shape and oversee SAPanalytics solutions using technologies such as:
  • SAP Datasphere
  • SAP Business Data Cloud
  • SAP BW/4HANA
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • S/4HANA Embedded Analytics
• Guide solution design and ensure that technical decisions support the client's wider business and technology strategy.
• Work with SAP functional, data, architecture and technical teams to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure SAP analytics solutions integrate appropriately with S/4HANA and, where relevant, non-SAP data and analytics platforms.
• Stay current with developments in SAP Analytics, data and AI technologies and assess how they can create value for clients.

Business development and commercial responsibilities

You will:

• Identify new SAP Analytics opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network within the SAP and client community.
• Develop and present proposals and solution approaches for potential engagements.
• Present SAP Analytics capabilities, recommendations and business cases to senior client stakeholders.
• Support the development of long-term client relationships.
• Travel internationally where required to develop client relationships and business opportunities.

Essential experience and skills

• At least 9 years of professional experience in SAP Analytics, SAP Business Intelligence and/or related SAP data and reporting projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP's analytics ecosystem and experience with one or more core SAP analytics technologies.
• Experience advising clients on SAP analytics solutions rather than working exclusively in a technical delivery capacity.
• Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and influencing business or technology decisions.
• Experience translating complex business and technical topics into clear requirements, recommendations and solution approaches.
• Experience working across the lifecycle of SAP analytics projects, from requirements and solution design through implementation and adoption.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop client opportunities.
• Experience building trusted client relationships and a professional network.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree with an affinity for IT, technology or business.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Professional fluency in at least one of Dutch or French.
• Willingness to travel internationally where required for client engagements and business development.

Technology experience

Expertise in one or more technologies such as:

• SAP Datasphere
• SAP Business Data Cloud
• SAP BW / BW/4HANA
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Expertise across every technology above is not required. At Senior Manager level, the priority is having sufficient technical depth and breadth to advise clients, shape solutions, challenge architectural decisions and provide senior oversight of delivery.

The following would strengthen your profile but is not essential:

• Experience delivering analytics as part of a wider SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
• Knowledge of modern data architectures and integration between SAP and cloud data platforms.
• Functional knowledge of one or more SAP business domains, such as:
  • Finance
  • Procurement / SAP Ariba
  • CRM / SAP Customer Experience (C/4HANA)
  • Logistics
  • SAP EWM
  • SAP TM
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and emerging SAP data technologies.

• Advise at a strategic level: Help clients decide what their future analytics landscape should look like and how they should get there.
• Shape the solution: Bring enough SAP Analytics expertise to define and challenge solution architecture without needing to personally build every component.
• Influence senior stakeholders: Communicate complex issues clearly and build credibility with business and technology decision-makers.
• Oversee delivery: Take senior responsibility for quality, timelines, budgets, risks and successful adoption.
• Connect business and technology: Understand the business problem behind an analytics requirement and ensure the solution creates meaningful value.
• Develop business: Build relationships, identify opportunities and help turn client needs into new engagements.
• Bring market perspective: Understand developments across SAP Analytics, cloud data platforms and emerging technologies and translate them into relevant client opportunities.

This role is best suited to an experienced SAP Analytics leader who has progressed beyond purely technical implementation and can combine SAP expertise with strategic client advisory, senior delivery leadership and business development.
