Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking an SAP Analytics Senior Manager to lead strategy, design and delivery of SAP analytics solutions for clients. This senior, client-facing role combines SAP Analytics expertise with advisory, stakeholder management and business development.

You will shape architectures, guide end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and identify new opportunities. Travel internationally as needed; fluency in English and Dutch or French preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 9 years of professional experience in SAP Analytics or related SAP data and reporting projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP analytics ecosystem and multiple core SAP analytics technologies.
• Experience advising clients on analytics solutions rather than purely technical delivery.
• Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Experience translating complex topics into clear requirements and solutions.
• Experience lifecycle management of SAP analytics projects from requirements to adoption.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop client opportunities.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in English and at least one of Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Advise on analytics architecture, governance and best practices.
• Translate complex challenges into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and influence strategic technology decisions.
• Lead SAP analytics solution leadership, shaping design and ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated end-to-end SAP solutions.
• Stay current with SAP Analytics trends and assess applicability for clients.
• Travel internationally to develop client relationships and opportunities.
